This has recently become a favorite in our house for a guilt free late night snack or dessert.
Apple nachos
It’s as easy as it looks!
Serving size: 1
Ingredients:
1 Apple
Nut butter of choice
Semi sweet chocolate morsels
Nuts (optional)
Slice one Apple into thin slivers and place around a plate.
Warm up nut butter and chocolate (I usually warm together so the chocolate doesn’t burn but for the purposes of the photo I did them separate) either in stove or in microwave.
Drizzle on top of Apple slices.
Add ons:
Any raw nuts
Coconut pieces
Extra chocolate morsels
Butterscotch morsels
The possibilities are endless, just don’t go too crazy or this can quickly lose its guilt free qualities.
